Descripcion de prueba. This is the very first release of a new Pinot Noir from our Dundee Hills estate Furioso Vineyard. Please welcome Vincenzo, named after Giorgio’s father and grandfather. The 2017 Vincenzo delivers aromas of plum, violet, and cinnamon spice which carry over to the palate. There, it will open up to more complex flavors of Bing cherry, herbal tea, and cedar. The wine is nicely structured, with a moderate acidity and a seamless integration. This wine will definitely improve with age and can be cellared for a couple of years to reach its peak, or decanted before serving if opened earlier. This wine will find its perfect companion in the shape of roasted duck in a peppercorn reduction.
